Sudan: Bus Drivers Collected Student’s Passport Because FG Has Not Paid Them In Full – Abubakar Sadiq

According to Abubakar Sadiq, the bus drivers who were supposed to take the students to Egypt from Sudan took the International Passports of the students and threatened that they will only return it to them when the Nigerian government pays up the transport fees. Continue Reading>>>

Remember that not long ago, it was reported that the bus drivers stopped some of the evacuees in the desert and refused to continue the evacuation because the Nigerian government has not paid. However, it was later reported that the bus drivers later continued with the journey.

However, Abubakar Sadiq has now come out to tell Channels Television that the bus drivers continued with the journey because the students gave them their international passports and the drivers promised to give the passports back when they receive full payment from the government.
