Some people might say that the only times you can drink water are in the morning and during the day, but that’s not true. You can also drink water in the evening before you go to sleep. And drinking it at night before bed is good and not bad, because water does the following things to your body while you sleep:

3. It makes the immune system stronger and keeps it healthy so that you can fight off harmful bacteria.

4. Water helps get rid of kidney stones and prevents strokes.
