Imagine Dismissing A Case Of The Party Who Took 2nd & Not The Party Who Took 3rd, Datti Baba-Ahmed
A few hours ago, it was reported that the Appeal Court in Abuja was said to have dismissed the petition filed against the President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
In light of the following happenings, the LP Vice presidential candidate Dati baba Ahmed took to his official Twitter page to react in that regard and imagined how the case of a party that came 2nd could be thrown out and not the one that took the 3rd position as he believes there is hope for them
As you all know the former Governor of Lagos State was declared the winner of the just concluded Presidential election slated for February 25th, 2023 by the National Independent Electoral Commission (INEC).
However, Peter Obi, and Atiku Abubakar who seem to have rejected his declaration, went on to file a lawsuit to challenge the outcome of the result.
According to Datti baba Ahmed “Imagine dismissing a case of the party who took 2nd and not the party who took 3rd. That should tell something”.
