The West London club has been in an horrible form this year but they were able to win 2 games out of the 3 Premier League games they played in March and got just a draw against Everton last weekend before the commencement of Two-week International break.
The West London club will be back in Premier league action against Aston Villa next weekend at Stamford Bridge but, there’s a new concern about their performance.
In the last 2 seasons, Chelsea has failed to win the first game that they played after the March International Break. Matter of fact, the West London club has suffered humiliating defeats in their first game after the March International Break in the last two seasons.
At the end of the March International Break in the 2020/21 Season, Chelsea suffered an embarrassing defeat against West Bromwich Albion as the Club thrashed Chelsea by 5-2 at Stamford Bridge.
Last season, at the end of the March International Break, Chelsea was thrashed by Brentford at Stamford Bridge. The Bees beat Chelsea by 4-1 at Stamford Bridge.
Graham Potter will be hoping to overcome that humiliating record when Chelsea faces Aston Villa next Saturday.
