The chairman of, senate committee on the Army and a supporter of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Ali Ndume has stated that the All Progressive Congress (APC) which is tagged as a Muslim-Muslim party won in the Southeast.
Ali Ndume said this while speaking in an interview with Channels TV. Ali Ndume said they are trying to hype trivialities like religion and tribe but an ordinary Nigerian doesn’t buy into that.
He said, “Nigerians have spoken, we are trying to hype up trivialities like religion and tribe but an ordinary Nigerian doesn’t buy into that. The election results have shown that.
Our party who is tagged as a Muslim-Muslim party won in the Southeast. We won some states in the Southeast. We have senators from the Southeast. We have senators from South-south and we have senators from the North-central. There is no region or geopolitical zone that APC didn’t have a candidate”.
